  • We need a room that can provide patients with privacy as they may have to undress for certain ultrasound exams. The room should include an exam bed or a chair that reclines as some studies require the patient to lie down.

    Spectrum Mobile Imaging will provide necessary ultrasound supplies and equipment needed in order to provide services.

  • Physicians under a fee-for-service contract will be subject to an hourly service rate for utilizing our ultrasound services. Additionally, physicians opting for interpretation services will be responsible for the associated read fees.

    For physicians choosing self-pay options, two distinct service choices are available. The first option involves our team managing scheduling, patient payments, and result dissemination within the office premises as an independent entity. In this scenario, the office/physician receives compensation for utilizing their office space.

    Alternatively, if your office prefers greater involvement in the process, including scheduling and payment collection, we offer services at an hourly rate. For further information, please reach out to us for a detailed discussion.

  • All offices will be granted access to the teleradiology PACS system where applicable. Physicians will receive individual secure logins for the PACS system, enabling them to access examination images and results at their convenience.

    Additionally, training sessions will be provided to ensure that each physician is well-versed in utilizing the PACS system efficiently. You will have access to secure communication channels for consulting with specialists.

    To maintain the highest standards of data security, all activities within the PACS system is monitored and logged by NDI. This ensures that patient confidentiality is upheld and that any unauthorized access is promptly identified and addressed. Regular audits and updates are conducted to keep the system in compliance with the latest healthcare regulations and technological advancements.

    By integrating with a teleradiology PACS system, our goal is to enhance diagnostic accuracy and streamline the workflow for healthcare providers. This advancement not only facilitates quicker decision-making but also improves the overall quality of patient care. As we move forward with this implementation, continuous feedback from our medical staff will be invaluable in refining and optimizing the system for everyone's benefit.

  • Critical findings, such as acute deep vein thrombosis, severe carotid stenosis exceeding 70%, critical limb ischemia evidenced by an ankle-brachial index (ABI) below 0.31, or abdominal aortic aneurysms larger than 5 cm, will be promptly communicated to the supervising physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant by the attending technologist upon completion of the examination. Subsequently, the patient will remain under observation at the office until further guidance is provided by the responsible healthcare provider. Urgent interpretations of the studies are available at no extra cost for immediate review.

  • Your staff will schedule the patient directly within your system to enable tracking of the patient's testing progress. Additionally, scheduling the patient on our platform will allow us to monitor the required testing hours, facilitating necessary adjustments to optimize your revenue inflow effectively.

  • Physicians will receive a monthly service fee invoice for the preceding month. These invoices will be issued the first of each month and will encompass all service hours utilized for the month prior.

    Physicians may be required to cover the reading fee for interpreting services, if applicable, which will be appended to the service invoice.

    Self-pay services with hourly rate charges will follow the invoicing process outlined above.

    For self-pay services entailing a more intricate arrangement where a lease fee is paid by us, the rate and payment method will be deliberated with the physician.

  • Your office will handle the billing for ultrasound exams conducted for fee for service testing.

    You will collect payment from the patient’s insurance for the testing rendered.
